I. Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and leading an engineering group on projects, applying extensive technical knowledge to make authoritative decisions on engineering problems. The position involves planning and assigning work, managing project requirements and ensuring strict adherence to company and department quality procedures. This leader is also responsible for coordinating with other departments, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives based on project experience.

 

II. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Applies sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Makes independent decisions on engineering problems and methods that are recognized as authoritative and have an important impact on engineering and design activities.
  • Continually upgrades technical knowledge and capabilities. 
  • Function as Group Supervisor or Lead Engineer on projects.

  • Assigns all engineering/ design work including checking of calculations, reviews engineering/ design sketches.
  • Follows up closely with drafting/ design to resolve questions, and ensure adequacy of content in the final drawing.

  • Maintains a copy of the relevant sections of the project estimate and generates change notices.
  • Checks drawing for conformity with design requirements.
  • Ensures that drawing recheck is performed.

  • Reviews other disciplines and vendor print inter-squad drawings.
  • Reviews and helps update drawing schedule. Makes manhour forecasts.
  • Keeps Manager informed of any changes in staffing requirement.

III. Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field.
  • With at least 10 years of experience.
  • Progressive levels of responsibility in instrumentation and control engineering from engineer to lead engineer on major projects in petrochemical, chemical, refining or oil gas industries.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Smart Plant Instrumentation experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with 3D modelling software.

This role balances hands-on technical guidance, project management for small to medium projects, and high-level strategic planning. The Senior Electrical Engineer acts as a company authority within their specialization, developing technical standards, and ensuring projects comply with quality, budget, and schedule requirements. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and providing ongoing technical expertise that contributes to the company’s continuous improvement and strategic growth.

III. Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred).
  • 7 to 10 plus years of experience.
  • Knowledgeable to NEC, API, IEEE, NFPA standards.
  • Familiarity with IEC standards and PIP Practices preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in 13.8kV, 4.16kV, 480V SWGR/ MCC and power distribution/ protection system design.
  • Ability to guide electrical engineer or designer or self-sufficient for electrical design deliverables such as one-line diagrams, cable schedule, motor schematics, lighting layout, cable tray layout, grounding layout, installation details, MTO, etc.
  • Know-how on renewable energy such as solar/ wind/ battery storage, etc. as well as electrolyzers are added advantage but not required. 
  • ETAP proficient.
  • AutoCAD proficiency preferred but not required.

I. Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and maintaining robust API and middleware solutions that enable seamless data exchange across diverse engineering platforms like E3D, Plant 3D, Tekla Structures, STAAD Pro, and Autodesk Inventor. This role involves implementing custom automated model creation, synchronization, managing version control, and ensuring that all integration solutions comply with strict engineering standards and data formats (e.g. IFC, DWG, CIS/2). The programmer will also create custom plugins, scripts, and macros to boost productivity for design and engineering teams.

 

II. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs and middleware to enable seamless data exchange between engineering platforms such as E3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Tekla Structures, STAAD Pro, and Autodesk Inventor.
  • Implement automated synchronization of engineering models and manage version control systems to ensure consistency and traceability across disciplines.
  • Develop custom plugins, scripts, and macros to enhance platform functionality, automate repetitive tasks, and improve user productivity.
  • Ensure all integration solutions comply with engineering standards, data formats (e.g. IFC, DWG, CIS/2), and project-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to gather integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve interoperability.
  • Support the development of reporting tools and dashboard for project monitoring, QA, procurement, and fabrication tracking.
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives including QMS automation, desktop monitoring systems, and approval workflows using Microsoft Power Platform.

 

III. Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python (priority/ must-have).
  • Experience with C# and VBA is advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D (priority/ must-have).
  • Familiarity with E3D, Tekla, Revit, and AutoCAD is advantage.
  • Experience in developing automation tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

I. Job Summary:

Designer will be assigned to a project task force, wherein they will be responsible for 3D design and isometric and other piping drawing production including 2D CAD drawings for a design area. This leader is also responsible for coordinating with other departments, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives based on project experience.

III. Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Registered Mechanical Engineer (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years piping design experience, preferably in petrochemical or other process industries.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience related to petrochemical or other process industries.
  • Able to create piping layout based on the provided Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and Equipment Layout.
  • Capable of drafting and checking Piping Isometrics, Piping Supports, and General Arrangement drawings.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with AutoCAD Plant 3D software. Able develop and modify 3D models of piping systems, pipe supports, equipment, and structures for large-scale projects.
  • Capable of generating and managing project deliverables such as isometric drawings, orthographic drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Able to perform administrative tasks such as project setup, spec editor usage, and catalog creation.
  • Proficient in use of 2D AutoCAD and Plant 3D.
  • Familiarity of other 3D modeling software (e.g. Optiplant, PDMS, PDS, CADWorx, etc.). Smart Plant Instrumentation experience is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in piping related industry standards.
  • Experience in Aptitude with Software (Windows Office Suite).
  • Must have good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Filipino.
  • Strong team-player attitude.
  • Knowledge of P&ID’s and Piping Specifications and Standards.
