Skills & Experience Required:

  • Progressive levels of responsibility in instrumentation and control engineering from engineer to lead engineer on major projects in petrochemical, chemical, refining or oil and gas industries.
  •  Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Smart Plant Instrumentation experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Knowledgeable to NEC, API, IEEE, NFPA standards.
  •  Familiarity with IEC standards and PIP Practices preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in 13.8kV, 4.16kV, 480V SWGR/MCC and power distribution/protection system design.
  • Ability to guide electrical engineer or designer or self-sufficient for electrical design deliverables such as one-line diagrams, cable schedule, motor schematics, lighting layout, cable tray layout, grounding layout, installation details, MTO, etc.
  • Know-how on renewable energy such as Solar/Wind/Battery Storage etc. as well as Electrolyzers are added advantage but not required.
  • ETAP proficient.
  • AutoCAD proficiency preferred but not required.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Tax-related functions, including Cash Management, Financial Statement Reporting, Profit Planning, Company Taxation and External and Internal Audits.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Executive, under supervision of Accounting manager, he/she will be responsible for:

1. Accounting entries and closing

  • Preparation of month end closing set, including consolidation entries, reporting package for IHI HQ consolidation, input of accounting entries, AR, AP to Accounting software.
  • Monthly journals, including but not limited to prepayment, accrued sales, FA, support fee and quarter-end/ fiscal year-end provision, adjustment entries.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, manage bank deposit and loans.
  • Quarter-end/ fiscal year-end provision and adjustment entries
  • Maintenance of balance sheet schedules and attending to accounting audit/ inquiry by audit firm and preparation of financial statements.

2. Financial Planning and Reporting

  • Prepare budget reporting, forecast and variance analysis.

3. Tax Compliance

  • Preparation of corporate income tax and attending to inquiry by tax agent and tax authorities, as necessary.

4. AP/AR Payment Processing

  • Process payroll, staff claim, rental and other disbursements
  • In-charge of AR (invoice, receipt) & AP (invoice, payment & cheque)
  • Handling/ posting petty cash

5. Audit Coordination

  • Preparation of audit schedules
  • Attending to accounting audit/inquiry by audit firm
  • Preparation of audited financial statements

6. Process improvement

  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose innovative solutions for efficient and profitable department operations.

Job Summary:

Designers will be assigned to a project task force, wherein they will be responsible for 3D design and isometric and other piping drawing production including 2D CAD drawings for a design area. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops equipment layout.
  • Develops equipment and piping models, piping drawings, and isometrics using 3D design software.
  • Understands and meet budgets and schedules.
  • Value Engineering and work process improvements – develop and implement time and money saving ideas/suggestions which improve design production, safety, and quality on a project.
  • Share knowledge – actively engage in mentoring or teaching other employees.
  • Coordinates with other departments in IPI and US office.
  • Flexible to adjust time to participate in remote meetings with US office.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficient in use of 2D AutoCAD and Plant 3D. Familiarity of other 3D modeling software (e.g. Optiplant, PDMS, PDS, CADWorx, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in piping related industry standards.
  • Aptitude with Software (Windows Office Suite).
  • Must have good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Filipino.
  • Strong team-player attitude.
  • Knowledge of P&ID’s and Piping Specifications and standards.
  • Capable of working independently.
