IHI PHILIPPINES, INC. (IPI) was incorporated in the Philippines on July 24, 1996 primarily to engage in rendering specialty and technical consultancy services to foreign corporations, entities or individuals in respect of planning, management, evaluation, estimation, supervision, inspection, maintenance and operation, and any other activities incidental thereto or in any way connected therewith, for overseas projects or domestic projects which are bid internationally, relating to industrial and other plants or facilities. IPI is one of the main overseas subsidiary companies of IHI Corporation, Japan.
